more/less depending on the circumstances.

What
are our market niche and quantity requirements?
Our
niche is filling containers of various sizes and shapes,
hot or cold, in small runs.
Small is relative depending on the size, but
desired quantities from 2,000 to 50,000 are most
preferred.

Do
we have a customer list that we will share?
We
never share our customer names to any potential
customer. Most of our contracts use proprietary
formulations and many do not want their names divulged
for competitive reasons
3.
What
type of products do we fill?
As
contract filler we fill only non-hazardous types of
products. Our
equipment is all state of the art, computer controlled.
It is continually upgraded to facilitate some of
the unusual types of products that we are asked to fill.
4.
Is
the same equipment used for filling cold and hot
products?
Cold
filling and hot filling do not share the same resources.
It takes completely different equipment to fill
cold and hot products.
5.
What
is the process for filling?
We
primarily fill bottles with our cold filler.
This is accomplished by using automatic high-speed fillers.
We cap the bottles after filling automatically.
Labeling is completed in one of two manners:
1. Small runs are generally labeled before filling on a semi-automatic labeler.
2. Larger runs are labeled
automatically after the filling and capping cycle.
We
fill a variety of containers in our hot filling operation.
We use an automatic six head filler with blending capabilities
built into the system.
6.
Will
we assist in artwork for labels, literature and boxes?
We
sub-contract all of our artwork and printing.
We have ongoing relations with quality printers and graphic
artists and designers for projects at any stage of your needs.
Silk screening is available with some containers when we
furnish the containers.
7.
What
size containers do you fill? What
is your fill rate?
We
fill containers from ½ oz to 128 oz.
Speed capacity depends on each individual filling criteria
but we have an effective range from 600 to 4,000 bottles per hour.
8.
Are
you ISO and FDA certified?
We
are not ISO certified and do not have that as a program goal.
We are not an FDA certified company.
9.
Do you package for overseas shipments?
All
of our production is for shipment to
USA
companies. We are
aware that some products are shipped overseas and can pack
accordingly per your instructions for those shipments, but the
responsibility of those shipments is always the customers.
10.
What
do we need to start the quoting process?
We
have certain requirements that must be completed before any
filling job is quoted.
1.
Fill out the preliminary application information section as shown on our
web site.
2.
We require MSDS sheet in our possession listing the chemical analysis of
your
product. We will sign
non-disclosure agreements.
3.
Send to us samples of the containers to be filled, caps, labels and any
other component of the container that
is a part of the project.
4.
Send us samples of the material to be filled need to be
sent to us.
